Veggie Burger Heaven...

Hey Guys! Today I have some very exciting news. My brother and I decided to make some veggie burgers for mothers day and boy was it a success. I'm not vegan, but that burger sure did drift me to the other spectrum. This recipe is so simple and quick that it will make you obsessed with eating vegan. The recipe I used was from the YouTuber by the name of Avantgardevegan. I will link down the video below so you guys can follow the step by step directions on how to create the masterpiece burger. This meal is perfect for a sunny day, paired with some wine or any alcohol of your choice. The guacamole adds such a delicate freshness in your mouth that makes you go insane! Trust me guys, if you make this burger you might crave more the second after eating one. The portions are pretty big so you can definitely eat one and be pretty satisfied!
Now... Lets talk about the prep. To chop the vegetables for the salsa and the guacamole it took approximately 20 minutes. For the burger patty, the assembly is pretty simple. You are mostly just adding ingredients to a food processor, which took about 15 minutes max. To shape the patties, it took about 10 minutes. After that is done, you are ready to fry and bake the patties and enjoy your delicious and nutritious meal! I hope you guys enjoyed this recipe!
