Week Full of Treats

As summer starts to roll in, so do the calories. But how can I help myself from such greasy and sugary food. This post is mainly a recap of what has been going on in the past few weeks, mainly the food I have eaten and enjoyed :) I wanted to share a new spot I discovered. Its a frozen yogurt place in 181 street in upper Manhattan. They sell frozen yogurt, smoothies, and bubble tea. So far I have tried the fro-yo and the bubble tea, which to me are both amazing. It is definitely something everyone should try out if they live in the city. I also tried to be a little healthy and make myself a yummy fruit salad, which was as I expected, so delicious, I added a drizzle of honey over the fruits to make it taste even sweeter! But as we all know, healthy habits always come to end when you are surrounded by such temptation. My boyfriend and I stopped by Five Guys and seriously enjoyed a nice bacon burger. I really recommend Five Guys, you can add any toppings you want! Of course we had to over do it and add a milkshake on the side, which I do not regret at all. I hope everyone is enjoying their summer break and taking the opportunity to explore their surroundings, by yourself or with a partner.
Hahaha I hear ya sister food can be very tempting; sometimes we restrict ourselves too much and we don’t realize that life should Be enjoyed so sometimes it is alright to let loose and just eat whatever you want. 🤗
